A Beautiful Premium 4-Bedroom House With Parking (Reading West)

Ok i sat on the double bed and went straight though to the floor. When i lefted up the mattress to have look 5 of the timber slates where broken and to my disgust there was chicken bones and dirt underneath i call the landlord and he said could not do anything about the bed and someone would come round to clean the next day which didn't happen all week no one turned up yet again I'm having major issues with property's i book with booking.com

The property was clean and fully furnished. Walking distance to Tesco store. Landlord provides parking slips for our vehicles. Brilliant comunication with the landlord.

Premium & Beautiful it is NOT. Unclean, ill equipped, dangerous, & boiler unsafe, filthy dirty conditions. Both inside & out of property is unkept. Health and safety of visitors is obviously not a consideration or indeed a priority. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. Stained & used bed linen. Had to purchase new bed linen for all 3 double beds and as cooker & kitchen were in a repulsive state and so bad we had to eat out. Windows didn't open so house was stale smelling. Host was abrupt, rude & unhelpful, property wasn’t even mediocre at best. Run down in the main, dirty beyond belief.
