"An apartment advertised as having 5 beds but it only had 4!"

The location of the apartment was good. It was easy to walk to the centre of the town and also to get to the fleisch.

We were 5 members of a walking group and had booked an apartment with 5 beds. The apartment only had 4 beds. There was a bed settee but the host refused to supply bed linen for this. As a result we had to book a hotel room for one of the group. Despite written confirmation from Booking.com that the apartment had 5 beds, the host refused to refund the additional cost we incurred. In addition, there was a small dining table with 4 chairs (not 5) and a light switch hanging off the wall in the hallway. We were very disappointed especially as the host could have resolved the issue simply by providing bedding for the sofa bed. We would not recommend this place.

"Séjour très agréable"

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à Zumaia. L’appartement est confortable, bien équipé et dans une rue très calme. La ville est charmante et on peut facilement faire de belles randonnées juste au bout de la rue. La localisation est également idéale pour visiter San Sebastian et Bilbao. Nous recommandons !

Genial piso dúplex para pasar unos días en familia y visitar la zona de Gipuzkoa y bizkaia . El piso está muy nuevo y la situación es perfecta para ver zumaia y hacer excursiones.

Superficie de l’appartement, Emplacement, Place de Parking, Vue depuis la terrasse

Il faisait 16 degrés dans l’appartement & il n’a chauffé que pendant la nuit, nous avons passé la soirée devant le four pour nous réchauffer. Je comprends l’économie d’énergie, mais lorsqu’on reçoit des invités (qui plus est, qui payent assez cher pour passer la nuit), on fait en sorte de les recevoir dans un appartement à une température minimale de 20 degrés. La propreté laissait vraiment vraiment à désirer (principalement de la cuisine car chambres & sdb propres), c’est dommage car ce logement a vraiment du potentiel Pas d’accessoires de base: pas de sac poubelle, gel douche en sachet ragoûtant
