One night stay before our flight from Jedda. Hotel is clean, but the staff does not give you a warm welcome… as we were a kind of burden on them. Breakfast was very poor. Even though we told them that we need to catch our flight, they had no sense of any understanding and on the top they were late on opening the restaurant for breakfast

One night before flying from Jeddah. Don’t want to accommodate early-breakfast as we depart very early. Unexplained waiting time at the check-in. A lot to improve.
