Nothing really, it was just the request for deposit & id which was annoying, but I understand

Clean property, good value for money, nice area, quiet.

It was almost impossible to communicate with the owners, messages went unread for days, calls unanswered. For a decent property, the response was shocking

We had a fantastic stay in Newport! The apartment was spotless when we arrived, well-equipped, and exactly as shown in the pictures. The host was friendly and responsive, with smooth and helpful communication throughout our stay. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches and the convenient location. Clean and modern space with excellent facilities.

Private garden felt personal and homely very nice and welcoming environment and super comfy beds

The flat is new and very clean. Communication with the host went well and they were able to accommodate a last-minute booking request. It is exactly as you see in the pictures. The location is also very convenient, we stayed there to explore the southern Wye valley.

Everything was perfect, the bedrooms slightly tinier than expected. A small improvement could be done on kitchen stuff available to the guests, e.g., leaving some water as a welcome pack, some coffee to use with the coffee machine they have, some kitchen paper... There's some paperwork you need to do after you book, to sign a proper rental contract and leave a deposit which we found a bit too much for a single night but we understand the reasons behind.

Listing says it has tumble dryer, dryer. I checked with the host as well beforehand but had no response on the query, there wasn’t any dryer in the house.
