It was March the 1st, sunny winter day. I entered my room at about 3 PM. It was very cold inside. I realized I'll have to be under the blanket with my all clothes on.. I talked to the people from room next door, they told me their room is cold also. I went down to the front desk to ask them to turn on heating but the employee (or owner, I'm not sure), older guy, was very rude..started yelling at me, saying that it's warm outside, that heating wasn't necessary, and that only I'm complaining.. I told him that it's really cold, and that we all are freezing in all rooms.. (it was only 8°C outside, I checked on my phone instantly) He then said that he's gonna turn on heating later..I asked - when later? He said - at 6 PM ..And that I could take my money back and leave, if I don't like it.. That's exactly what I did.. I just turned around, picked up my stuff and left..with no taking my money back..and with no spending a night in that house.. hostel..whatever it is.. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, honestly..
