"Wonderful autumnal break, very comfortable, clean and spacious."

The house was very clean, spacious, well equipped. Parking place was a bonus. We were extremely comfortable. We contacted the owner about a road closure locally and he was super helpful. The village is very picturesque and the owner kindly recommended places to eat. We loved the coastal paths. Local pub had a great atmosphere and live music. Highly recommend.

"Couples weekend away"

A lovely apartment in a lovely location. The views from the windows were absolutely superb. A pair of binoculars are provided so you can see out to sea. The apartment is well stocked and parking space is very close, you can see your car from the apartment lounge.

The apartment is at the top of a very steep hill, I had to stop a few times on the way up, however did not let that spoil the experience. Sofas could have been a bit more comfy, however no real complaints.

Parking for x1 vehicle included . Very smart bathroom and kitchen. Spacious living area . Very comfy bedrooms . Possibly the best view of Polperro available. Excellent heating system , apartment was permanently warm . Spacious outdoor area .

Steep walk back from the village but far from insurmountable for able bodied person
