"Great location lovely condo with great facilites"

Loved the self catering facility as we are a family of 5 so was perfect for our needs. Great that MGM pool access was included as well as tower pool as they were both great facilities. The walk to MGM pool was 5 minutes!

The room was perfect size for us. I loved that it had two bathrooms. Small walk to MGM for strip access and monorail. Pool was nice. Enjoyed the view. Loved the bedroom shower, great water pressure. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Paul was very responsive to messages and was a great host.

The toilet paper roll was broke and had to keep picking roll up off floor. Both bathroom sink faucets were a little leaky but not enough to change my review of this room. I think having some detailed maps of condo/hotel would be helpful. Outlining where things are at. Maybe a paper or something on how to navigate around. Not properties job but would have been a nice touch. Would definitely stay here again!

Everything you needed was there, so well equipped and the little things starter pack tea,coffee,sugar toiletries

The distant from signature to mgm then strip but after 2 days found a short cut brought you out at cosmopolitan hotel

The property was in a great location compared to the Las Vegas strip. An easy walk through the MGM. The condo was clean and well equipped for our stay. Our host was very responsive and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again!

There was a bit of construction that made it hard to cross the street but I believe it’s temporary for the Grand Prix.

Great location with easy check-in! Room is very spacious with a spectacular view.

We liked everything about the property- but keep in mind everything is “resort pricing”- a bottled water is $8 in the lobby!
