Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of USD 300 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests are required to complete information requested by a message once the reservation is made and to send a photo identification & credit card (only the last 4 digits and name of the cardholder must be seen) in order to approve the reservation. As we are not a conventional hotel, guests do their own check-in with codes and electronic keys that we send before their arrival at the apartment. Our units are ready to occupy, However, please note that we provide essential items (toilet paper, kitchen towels, detergents, soap, etc) and are intended to last for the duration of your stay. Once they are depleted, it is the responsibility of the guests to purchase their own supplies. A deposit may be required at the property.
