Apartma Trobentica 15

Apartma Trobentica 15 in 3 was not available when we arrived because of some defect/technical issues in the appartment. We were given another one "Apartma Klas***" and this one was absolutely great. The cleanliness of the whole house and equippment of the kitchen was amazing. There was everything you need for cooking. Many TV stations on TV, even in english or german languages. Airconditioning in the bedroom. Large private area for ŕelaxing outside. Possibility to dry your stuff after bathing. Enough parking places for everyone close to the appartment. You can go with car in front of the door, pull out your stuff and then park your car on a park place. To Therme3000 is it cca 5-10min walk. It´s surrounded by woods, where you can go for a run or just a walk. Very nice place, really!

There was no wifi connection :( ...with this would this place be absolutely perfect

Location is close to Terme 3000 and to the neighbouring forest, too, so comfortable to sleep at night with open windows. Very good WiFi, good AC, clean bathroom (even if on the smaller size), open to the garden area through the terrace.

Without real sunroof at the terrace it can be hot anytime before late in the evening. Mail confirmation on the key hand-over from the lessor was not available at the hotel reception desk, so we had to wait a little while before getting the keys. Sleeping cabin is mainly for small children, up to 10 yrs max. Beware never turning off the hot water switch (learnt the hard way).

Localisation is correct.

Extremely disappointed by : bathroom in very bad conditions, heating water system too small for 3 pers.we were choosing which two of us could use it for the hot water 🤬 , good luck for those that could close the window panes 🤬 to be avoided to be seen from outside.... The window panes for the living room.... The roof window cannot be closed ,because not well installed,🤬🤔🤨 Stairs from the floor to the second one is really dangerous for children's....(the second bed is localized on the top) so the access isn't secured. The general electrical conditions seems not according what we see and seen before in other places in this country since 20Y For the terrasse, there is a water leakage from the roof, the external door isn't well installed and do not close well.
