Overall, my stay was enjoyable, excellent communication with the owner, swiftly fixed a broken bathtub faucet, and provided a welcoming package upon arrival.

Encountered two cockroaches in the apartment, even though it was thoroughly cleaned initially

Great location...close to the beach, restaurants and airport bus. Access to swimming pool. Apartment was spacious and clean with a sunny balcony.

Space ! Cleanliness! Comfortable bed ! Ocean View!

The host trying to charge about 50 eur for a towel and for an item I didn’t understand ( text was in Russian) without any justification! The heat in the apartment! There was no ac not even a fan ! The unbearable temperature exceeded 40 degrees during my stay ! The host should have understood and should have laid his attempt to provide at least a fan ! Gran Canaria is over saturated with plenty of options! You can always find something! I ended up spending more time at my friends hotel

The location was nice, it’s been clean and had some nice welcome pack with tea, coffee and champagne.

It’s been definitely hot there despite opening all the windows and no air conditioning, there is no washing machine, the tv didn’t have internet connection to watch YouTube or Netflix so please bring your iPad with you. But honestly the worst thing was noise cancellation you can hear everyone like they are in the flat with you and also the bedroom window goes in the inner garden which connects all the stairways and corridors that leads to the room, so literally you here every person in the place walking while you are in bed with an opened window.
