Luxury B&B Villetta Carra City - Gallipoli

We didn’t have the chance to sleep at the place

Bad communication, we tried to contact the property through b.com, through what’s app, call, to change check-in date, no success. We gave up and we showed up on the second night, but were mistreated and requested a deposit security in cash (which is not explained on b.com, it says it can be paid by cc) and we couldn’t stay.

Nous avons grandement apprécié notre séjour dans votre établissement. L'accueil de Soraya a été particulièrement chaleureux. Le petit-déjeuner était excellent.

Breakfast was great. Bed was very confortable.

Everything was very strange. On check-in we were asked for a 250€ deposit which I have never seen before. Then the builind had a main entrance but we were not allowed to use it. We had to use a side door and enter not through a door but through the garden door. Then we could not put roll the luggage because of the floor (suposedly not to ruin it). Then to get into the property at night we had to use our mobile to call someone to open the door. We were not given any keys or access codes. The room we stayed at was on the second floor and the whole house is a bit weird. There were people leaving on our floor and speaking loud in the morning and we could hear everything. During breakfast the owner sat next to us with some friends and they were smoking while we ate. Location a bit further out from the center.

Wyjątkowe miejsce. Pokój wyglądał nawet lepiej niż na zdjęciach. Przepyszne śniadanie. Personel dostępny całą dobę. Jeżeli ponownie odwiedzę Gallipoli to z pewnością zatrzymam się ponownie. Polecam !!!

Eleganza negl' arredi, accoglienza nei modi, focolare nella percezione. Una villa densa di dettagli e comodità, troverete tutto il personale ed il padrone di casa il Dottor Carra, solerti nel farvi trascorrere un soggiorno rilassante e,alla stregua, generoso nel donare una colazione ricca di ogni leccornia dolce e salato.Io e mio marito, ci siamo sentiti a casa,in quanto l' obiettivo è proprio quello di avere con i propri ospiti un comportamento tanto cordiale quanto conviviale.

E' stata un'esperienza indimenticabile, bellissimo albergo, pulitissimo. Il proprietario e lo staff sono stati molto amichevoli e disponibili. Raccomando 100 % questa struttura. Sicuramente torneremo di nuovo!

Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana qui e siamo stati fin da subito accolti in maniera eccellente. Staff sempre disponibile, hotel bellissimo. Ringraziamo il Dott. Antonio per la sua ospitalità e gentilezza, e insieme a lui Soraya ed Ederlyn. Torneremo sicuramente !! Grazie ancora!!
