La propreté Bien équipé dans la cuisine, jeux intérieurs et extérieurs, piscine Extérieur très agréable du petit déjeuner au dîner Propriétaire très réactif.

Juste la mer qui est proche n’est pas vraiment une plage, c’est au bord de la route, on ne peut pas y laisser les enfants. Cependant des plages plus propices sont à quelques minutes en voiture. Le quartier est tranquille même si ce n’est pas la première impression. Les voisins sont sympas.
