Great apartment, spacious, very clean, with all amenities. Close to a large shop, bus stop, and the nearest beach.

Matteo was very nice and welcoming, providing all the necessary information right away after our booking. Of course, we were able to reach out to him for any further information. The apartment was perfectly renovated, very nicely furnished and you had a view of the sea from the patio. We also got coffee capsules which was a huge plus. Also, Kaufland is on the other side of the street, with an EV charger which is life saving for electric car users.

Using the bathrooms was troublesome for us. Firstly, for some reasons the water didn’t go down the drain - not sure if that was clogged or another reason for water efficiency, but as a family of 4, it was extremely difficult for us to take a shower and wash our hair after a full day of swimming in the sea. Same for the basin, I was not able to wash my teeth ( closing the tap in the meantime ), it was already full with water. So every time, we needed to wait for the water to go down the drain and for four people especially with small kids, it was troublesome. There was a water heater on the wall, although even though it was plugged in, it didn’t work. We realized the plug was faulty so we needed to use the plug for the washing machine. For this reason, everyone needed to shower in cold water because the heater obviously needed time. It was not indicated that the plug didn’t work so unfortunately it was a bad experience for us, since we were not prepared and not planned that we need to wait for the water to be heated up. On the other hand, obviously this is not the owner’s fault but we experienced very rude behavior from the neighbors and people living in the street which made our stay unpleasant.

It was well organized. Well equipped. Everything was available. Supermarkets around with ease of access. We had a baby cot provided for out baby. We couldn't bring pods for the dishwasher, but the host has provided them for us. Well cleaned.

There are stairs ( around 10 steps) therefore not ideal for a wheelchair. Would be better of a microwave was available.
