Gisteren heb ik een bericht gestuurd waarin ik aangaf dat we niet tevreden waren met het appartement. We wilden daar niet overnachten en zijn teruggekeerd. Wij vinden dat de werkelijkheid absoluut niet overeenkomt met de beschrijving op Booking.com. Nogmaals, we begrijpen dat we te laat zijn voor een volledige annulering, maar door uw beschrijving is er een beeld geschetst dat niet overeenkomt met de realiteit. En dat zou niet mogen gebeuren. Wij vragen u opnieuw om samen tot een oplossing te komen.

Chalet muy amplio, cercano a la playa.

El olor del primer baño. La limpieza. Envié fotos al dueño y vieron a disculparse, nos trajeron una botella de vino.
