"The place to stay in Perugia"

A very large apartment, well fitted out with a modern bathroom and kitchen, new appliances and charming decor. A small balcony overlooking a nearby square is a nice bonus. The apartment is well located in the historic centre of Perugia and is close to the Pincetto minimetro stop which brings visitors into the city directly from Perugia train station. Susanna is a lovely host who communicates quickly on WhatsApp and makes you feel very welcome.

"A beautiful apartment in the heart of the Centro Storico"

A beautiful apartment in an old building in the heart of Perugia. There is a wonderful view from the balcony over the Corso Vannucci with its many restaurants.

"Superb"

Great location, large, well equipped kitchen, large shower. Host was extremely helpful with dining suggestions and always responded quickly to any communications.

Many stairs was a challenge for my husband as he has a bad back, no lift.

"Truly great apartment in the heart of beautiful Perugia!"

The apartment is very spacious and comfortable for 2 people. It is tastefully finished, with nice furniture (no Ikea!). It has a balcony directly overlooking Corso Vannucci - we absolutely loved it and spent a lot of time on it! The kitchen is equipped with all necessities. Plus the host, Susanna, was very nice - she spoke English and showed us the apartment at the beginning and gave us recommendations about the local restaurants ;-) Grazie bene!

This was not a big problem for us as we are rather fit but the staircase is very steep and there are a lot of stairs to cover to get to the 2nd floor. Again, no issue for us but for an older person it could be, so be warned...
