The Jungle location

We did not actually stay here. We had a reservation, but when we arrived there was nobody there. The phone number did not work, so we had to leave and find somewhere else to stay. The frustrating thing is I had messaged the owner a few days earlier to ask if we could arrive a day early, and he said we could not as they were full. He could have used that opportunity to tell me he could not fulfil the reservation, but he did not. There was clearly no-one staying there, so not full at all. From what I saw of the place, the kitchen area was not clean, and everything seemed very damp, beyond what you would expect in the jungle. A shame because the surrounding jungle it’s in was just what we were looking for. I sent a message while we were there to say nobody was about, but he never got back to me.
