"not cleaned on arrival and hot water system was dated"

the host was quick to remedy mistakes

The hot water didn't turn automatically. Had to switch it on and wait half an hour for the water to be hot. Then the water was still only luke warm. The bath & kitchen wasn't cleaned on arrival. We had to tell the host. who then sent the cleaner over to come and clean. There was hair in the bath, no toilet roll and the bathroom smelt like weed. very disappointing The one saving grace was that the host was quick to send someone over and was very apologetic
