We had a mechanical breakdown on a motorcycle the Saturday morning and wasn’t able to reach Ko Ka Tsara.Booking was made the Friday night at 20:15 and we tried to cancel the Saturday morning just before 08:00 they refused any refund or date change.The booking was not refundable but I feel they could have made a effort to understand our dilemma as there were no loss on their part.

"A beautiful, peaceful and quiet retreat that felt as if you were miles from everything."

The cottages were perfect and although near each other they were very private. It was very quiet and peaceful, the grounds were extremely well kept. Staff were as helpful as they could possibly be.
