INWe had a wonderful stay at Sort-by-Stay in Kareri! The quadruple room we stayed in, with two double bedrooms, offered an incredible view – from all three sides, we were able to enjoy different mountain views through large windows. The staff was incredibly helpful, and the food was delicious. As it was off-season, we got great rates too! The whole area of Kareri is beautiful, and the room itself was very clean and tidy. The bed and toiletries were perfect. It was clear that the staff really took care of us. Highly recommend!

ECThe room was very comfortable with everything you could need (large bed, hot water, desk...) The view from the rooms is really stunning with the stip mountains and the river. The environment around is also wonderful for trekking with the forest, the wildlife, etc.
My first bathroom wasn't so clean and there was a leak of water soaking inside the wall between the bathroom and the sleeping room. But as soon as I told them about these issues, they offered me another room.

INI recently stayed at this property for a 2-day vacation, and it was a wonderful experience. The highlight of the stay was definitely the breathtaking mountain view, which could be seen right from my room. Waking up to that view every morning was simply amazing! The place was clean, cozy, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. The peaceful environment made it a perfect spot to relax and unwind from the busy city life. The location was also great, offering easy access to nearby hiking trails and scenic spots. If you’re looking for a quiet getaway with stunning views and a comfortable stay, I highly recommend this place!

CZThis is a gem of a property. I loved the location, especially falling asleep and waking up to the sounds of rushing water from a nearby stream. The place is just serene. Also, the food was very good, the bed was clean and super comfortable and the staff along with the manager were very nice. The Wifi worked great throughout my stay.
INThe hotel and the location was like icing on a cake. After a month long bike trip to Ladakh, Srinagar and Jammu wherein I stayed from hotel rooms to boat house I can personally vouch for a completely stunning experience the Sort by Stay will give you. It's very difficult to put in words the scenic beauty right opposite the hotel. Most importantly this place is so secluded and far from the crowded Dharamshala and McLeodgunj that you will need your own transportation as there's very less public transport connectivity to this place. Anyone who loves trekking or biking around in the small roads among forested areas and enjoys being with nature would completely dig this place. Paradise for bikers and trekkers
