Rosso Rubino - Mansarda Vista Lago a Marta

Tutto perfetto. Casa pulitissima con vista spettacolare. Proprietari splendidi, gentili e disponibili ad accontentare anche rischieste extra. Sicuramente torneremo.

I had a fantastic stay in Marta, Italy. The apartment was incredibly spacious and offered a breathtaking view of the lake — truly one of the highlights of the experience. Everything inside the apartment was thoughtfully arranged and equipped with all the necessary amenities, making my stay very comfortable. One of the standout features was the bathroom: not only was it exceptionally large, but it was also impeccably clean and well-maintained, which added an extra level of comfort. The owner was very kind with us. We had a personal issue and she was very nice to us.

A small note for future guests: the apartment is located on the third floor and is accessible only by stairs. While this wasn’t an issue for me, it may be important to consider for those with limited mobility. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful and well-equipped spot in a charming town.

The location was lovely, next to the like with view from the balconies. The host was super kind and accommodative, even if we didn’t met them they were always available. Nearby it’s nice to walk and you can find many different shops.

It would be nice to have mosquito nets at the windows as there were a lot of insects. Also a kitchen hook would be useful for the smells while cooking. Everything else was great.

Rosso Robino is an exquisite place with view on the Lake, one of our best stays during our trip in Italy. The decoration is cute but with taste, ideal for a couple. Marta is a nice town, well connected to enjoy good times around the lake. The apartment and the whole inner building is brand new, recently renovated, whereas the exterior is ancient with charm. You can park cheaply in front of the building (6 eur a day) or freely a bit further. The apartment could be well heated if necessary (it was rather cold at night outside), the shower is hot and with strong pressure, the kitchen is large and convenient, there are two connected TVs.

A washing machine would be appreciated and a bit more crockery in the kitchen.
