The owner and his family are extremely friendly. He helped me book the bus. After calling the bus company, the bus came straight to the hostel for me. Highly recommended.

Nice experience above expectations. This hostel seems to be new and well maintained. We stayed in a private room and it was very clean and comfortable. We also checked a dormitory room and it was great, clean and neat. The hostel is located quite far from the centre, so it's not overcrowded and not noisy at all. We had a good rest and a good breakfast here before starting a loop. The male staff is very helpful and caring, they gave us useful info about the loop and agreed to keep our huge backpacks. We had our motorbike, but it's possible to rent from them for a reasonable price.

It was a clean, new hostel located in a quiet place. Maybe a little bit further from the center, but the staff was very nice and helpful. I recommend it!

Felila Hostel has great installations, and the facilities are very new and well maintained. I had a private bedroom, and the bed was super comfy. Also, the bathroom with shower was big too. The pressure and temperature of the water were top-notch 👌🏻 Honestly, the standards are high and much better than actual hotels. The hostel offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner as well. The menu is small but good enough. There is the possibility of renting bikes to do the Ha Giang Loop or hire a tour with them. They have storage for luggage and washing machines. During my stay, unfortunately, I became quite sick and had to return to Hanoi earlier than expected. The guy at the reception was super nice and helped us to book a taxi to get the bus back to Hanoi. Absolutely perfect customer service!!!! Thanks 🙂

Everything was perfect. Perhaps the only inconvenience is that the hostel is a bit far from town, but nothing really mayor.
