Felila Hostel & Tours

Great value for money! I stayed in a private room which was really nice. The place is clean & the staff is helpful in case you need anything. I got a little accident on my way to the hostel, so I had some problems with walking. They carried my bag to my room, offered me some medicine and even offered me to change rooms so I wouldn’t have to climb any stairs.

It would be great if more of the staff could speak a little bit of English so it’s easier to communicate.

Giving this hostel a 9 because they’ve just opened, and the price was unbelievable. They provided breakfast too and the dorm room with comfy clean new beds offered great privacy. Overall a great stay for one night.

Nice, new, clean hostel. The manager was very helpful in booking a bus for me. Breakfast was good. Kitchen was handy.

The stuff was very helpful, friendly and we could communicate without the translation app. Good breakfast with toast, egg, banana and coffee. The rooms have ac and an extra fan at each bed. It is quite new and clean…definitely recommendable.

Very friendly staff, brand new location, very comfortable beds and clean room, which has both AC and a fan. We extended several times and would certainly choose this guesthouse again. A simple but sufficient breakfast is included in the price, and one can use the kitchen as well. We like that it is a bit outside of Ha Giang, because it is surrounded by nature, with a little but refreshing waterfall about 15 mins by foot away. Because of it's location the businesses and restaurants in the area are not touristy, and we absolutely love that! Kien, the manager is an absolute legend and was so helpful throughout our stay. As they are new, they still eager to improve, and we could see them implementing our suggestions. You can also book motorcycle tours directly with them, as Kien is also a tour guide. We travel by bicycle, so he gave us many tips for our attempt on the loop.

Now this is really high level, but some hammocks in the outside chillout area would be a great addition, as well as a fan in the kitchen and maybe some english courses for some of the staff. Other than that we have literally no idea what they could improve.

I ended up staying for 2 weeks there. The staff is awesome (super helpful friendly and always going above expectations, brought me to the hospital after an allergic reaction and accompanied me to the vaccination center after a dog bit me, arranged public viewing in town for me since all the bar would usually be closed at the time of the games) and the place is practically new! Best value for the money ever!!! It's also nicely situated right next to the public bathing area aka the water falls next to the street.
