The location, the staff courtesy, and value

The room smelled like stale air, needing to leave the window open at night which in turn brought in mosquitoes.

"Great location with an excellent/friendly host!"

Great location to get around Da Lat with cafes/restaurants we wanted to visit no more than a 15 min walk. Room was large and the owner was brilliant! We need to check in late (she stayed and waited for us) and had to check out early (05:00!) due to an amendment to our flight, she made sure she was available!

In our room (front on 1st floor) it was very loud from the front (overlooking the road) and the hallway/stairs/landing outside the room. The room didn't smell great either, coming from the bathroom. Room we had with balcony, wasn't accessible.
