The Palm at the Ferry

Clean and well maintained

No dishwasher; too close to the trains/railway.

This house is very conveniently located in Broughty Ferry, a couple of minutes walk from lots of shops, restaurants, the bus stop and the train station. It was very clean and had been decorated in a charming and thoughtful way. The kitchen was well appointed.

The house is very close to the train line and the first fast train seemed to come past around 0530 waking most of us as the house shook a little and the train was noisy.

The property is so clean and easy access

We are unable to watch the euros on the tv

The property looks amazing and very home like and relaxing.

I liked the furnishings and the bed was very comfortable

Near to main high st with good choice of eateries/cafes/shops. Teenagers loved the arcade machine

Parts of house vibrating when trains passed due to proximity of property to the track. In 2 of the bedrooms the wall sockets were inaccessible due to being on skirting boards so couldn’t get phone chargers/hair dryer plugged into them due to the low positioning of socket. Shower pressure was poor and water temperature kept going from cold to scalding hot when using it

Beautiful property, great size for our family. Fantastic location, walkable to endless cafes, shops, park and castle!! Great communication, quick response and all the little things thought about.

It was a good distance from all the amenities

Not a good sleep when trains shake the house and felt squashed into bed in back bedroom
