Die Villa hat eine perfekte Lage. Sehr ruhig gelegen und nur 15 Minuten zu Fuß ins Zentrum von Pollenca. Toller Blick auf die Berge und in den großzügigen Garten. Der Pool war klasse mit kleinem Poolhaus, im dem sich auch die Waschmaschine und eine zusätzliche Toilette befindet. Die Tischtennisplatte wurde jeden Tag mit Freude von uns genutzt !
Die Villa ist doch etwas in die Jahre gekommen und dürfte mal an der ein oder anderen Stelle saniert werden.

Location was perfect, a short stroll into a lovely town with all the usual bars, restaurants and shops - even a weekly market to suit all tastes and pockets! There were a couple of supermarkets within a 1 km drive stocking pretty much everything you'd need. It's a few kilometres from the coast but a great start for some memorable rides including Cap de Formentor and Col de Femenia
The villa has all you need and is well laid out both inside and out, albeit it's starting to look a little tired with a few cracked flags outside and some hasty repairs to mastic around the bathrooms, albeit showers and baths worked well.

Außenanlagen sehr gepflegt und großzügig, innen sehr sauber.
Einrichtung Z T in die Jahre gekommen ( rostige Spülmaschine, Beleuchtung in der Küche wenig , viele Schalter bis man herausgefunden hat welcher wozu gehört

The situation of the villa was perfect as it was easy to walk into Pollensa. Lovely pool and pool towels were provided - always a bonus as some villas don’t provide towels. Kitchen was well equipped, however egg cups would have been nice. Lots of coat hangers. Liked the electric gate as made the villa very secure. Finally the pool lights worked!
The hot water didn’t last very long, so had there been six people staying this may be a problem. TV could do with upgrading to a smart TV.
