The property is situated on a hill, offering stunning ocean views from the balcony. However, my husband and I felt that the listing was misleading, as we were under the impression that we had booked an entire apartment for ourselves, only to find that it was actually a room within a guesthouse setup. As a result, we stayed for just one night, having arrived late. We raised this issue with the Booking.com platform, which contacted the host. The host was understanding and kindly agreed to refund us for the second night, as the accommodation did not meet our expectations.

The house was very clean and it was quiet which is what we were looking for

When we first booked it we were under the impression that we would be able to use the kitchen and cook our meals. However we were told the kitchen is a private kitchen and we will have to use what we have in our room. This made us spend more than we had budgeted for because we were forced to buy takeaways which isn't everyone's favorite thing to do. I feel like the owner should communicate that self catering does not mean using their kitchen.
