The location, number of rooms

The back door was broken and therefore didn't feel secure enough. There was a dent on the wall

The area was great, rooms were spacious and the kitchen allowed us greater freedom in terms of preparing meals for ourselves if we didn’t feel like eating out. Rooms were great for all of us , as well as the amount of bathrooms allowing to better suit our needs. The area was also quite great, offering easy access to the city centre as well as being on the doorstep of the famous ‘Etihad Stadium’. The parking situation was stress free, with a space available right in front of the property, allowing for peace of mind. The amenities were also a great touch, with towels and other items available for our usage. The property also included a spacious garden space, and although the weather did not cooperate during our stay, it was great to have, since the living space was quite small.

The bed situation for some of us was not ideal, as well as the seats in the living space not being enough. As mentioned before, the living space was also a tad bit tight, but this was probably rectified by the size of the multiple rooms.
