"Terrific Trieste"

Piero and Adriana were so friendly and helpful with tips for our stay. The house was spotlessly clean and everything we needed was there. It is a very atmospheric old villa with antique furniture to match and made for a very special stay. Piero and Adriana live upstairs but we had complete privacy at all times. It's also well located for the city centre. We would recommend it to others.

Fantastic apartment surrounded by a lovely garden, 70 metres above the train station. Lots of birds and lovely gardens in the neighborhood.

"A lovely welcome to Trieste"

A large flat situated in an enchanting garden setting with charming and generous hosts who went out of their way to make us welcome and to introduce us to the city and its history as well as that of the villa which is their home.

It's a steep walk up and down to town (or down from the bus to the flat). Although we enjoyed it, it might not be for everyone. (A designated parking space for guests is available however).

"The best place to stay in Trieste"

I couldn't have found a better place to stay in Trieste. Without this charming villa and its lovely owners - Adriana and Piero - my Italy experience won't be the same. Adriana and Piero are wonderful, carrying, friendly, generous and hospitable hosts. They welcomed me with warm words and some sweets. They equipped the kitchen with some fresh food essentials to prepare a decent meal (without extra payment!). They also did their best to help me with choosing the best activities in their city. And when I asked where to buy transportation tickets, they simply gave me some out of their own pockets! The villa of Adriana and Piero is a beautiful place, nicely located - on a hill, but at the same time within a walking distance to the city centre. All the rooms are nicely furnished - like in a museum of some historical interiors. Moreover, Adriana and Piero take care of some slippers, umbrellas, guides, cosmetics and so on. I am more than sure, that they would do their best at my every disposal, but I didn't want to abuse their good and kind hearts. I strongly recommend choosing this apartment!
