Beautiful Home & Pool

Pool was a godsend in the Fresno heat! Very clean! Host quick to respond, location was great.

Only fault was not enough sheets and blankets, no instructions on what is expected of you to do upon you leaving…

I wish there extra blankets

The three-bedroom, two-bathroom house was sparklingly clean and neat, freshly painted and attractive. We didn't use the kitchen except for the fridge, but it looked usable with a some dishes in the cupboard, microwave and newer stove. The beds were comfortable and adequate. The location was exceedingly quiet and the appearance of the house was pleasant. We didn't try out the TV or the Taos-style fireplace. Likewise, we didn't use the patio, BBQ grill, dog door, or lovely fenced swimming pool, but those would be good features for other people and a different season. We had three cars because we traveled with other family members and there was sufficient parking on the street and in the driveway.

Photos and descriptions indicated that the house would sleep 8 because there were sofa beds, so a couple of adult grandsons opted to stay with us after Thanksgiving dinner rather than with their cousin. However, there were no sofa beds, only 2 sofas. Two inflatable air mattresses were found, but only one extra blanket. Used one sofa and one air mattress. Did my best to turn up the thermostat and somehow made it warmer than 68 degrees so that the one without a blanket could sleep. It would be useful to have instructions for the thermostat because it is not intuitive. Also, it would have been nice to have access to WiFi, as was mentioned in the original description, but it didn't matter too much because we got up and left fairly quickly in the morning. Perhaps there was WiFi, but we didn't spend time looking for it. One more thing, not a "dislike," but more a comment for future upgrade: Everything was in good shape and freshly painted, but it would be appreciated if there were bathroom ceiling fans so that windows would not need to be opened for ventilation in cold weather.
