Massively comfy and nice, the bed was very comfortable, and Everything was neat and clean, The Kitchen does have essentials like coffee, and sugar, I mean what else you can ask for? It was indeed lovely to be here, the location is perfectly fine at least for me. It is only 17 minutes walk is the Town Centre, I walked on both Consecutive days I stayed here. Hertford is full of nice pubs and cafés so perfect. 👌 I'll definitely come back again.

No soundproof so you'll hear quite a lot from upstairs and they may hear you. But this is a normal thing in England, as most houses do not have soundproofing between walls or roofs.

Nice area, clean with comfortable bed, large telly. Parking available. Computer monitor was great for work.

Could do with tea towels and generally a few more basics in kitchen. Not a massive issue though since we were only there a couple of nights.

The property was very useable. We were doing renovations to our own house, and we seamlessly were able to live and work in the space. The owner was very helpful and available for any issues that arose during our stay

Lovely property and very clean and tidy. Close to the town centre. We’ll definitely book again when we are back in Hertford.
