staff (Eppi) was unhelpful and unfriendly. My GF and i traveled with my service dog, and we had asked via booking if that was ok, we were approved. we arrived and the man at the counter, (called himself Eppi, unsure if thats the spelling), told us No. No pets allowed. we tried to explain the difference between ADA approved and certified service animals and pets. he said No. No pets allowed. we shared the ADA info card with him and he asked his boss, (supposedly) and returned and demanded a $100 cash deposit which was more than double the normal deposit listed on their website. We told him it was still illegal discrimination but decided to leave the property instead and contact booking about a refund.

Tuve que dar $40 cash para deposito reembolsables si no dañas nada . eso no fue problema, te dan un pequeño papel para que firmes y pongas tus datos traté de leer si en algún lado decia algo sobre lo de el deposito pero no encontré nada sobre eso y lo firme, cuando salí y fui a entregar la llave de el cuarto y recibir mi deposito de $40 resulta que dice que yo solo 20 le había dado de deposito y me mostró el papel que yo le había firmado en una esquina arriba tenía en números escritos a mano $20 medio coraje no tanto x el dinero si no por que le quieren ver la cara de pendj , al final decido dejarlo asi pero no volvería jamás a ese lugar, asi que ojo si reservan en ese lugar a la hora de firmar algo y dar el deposito
