This is an excellent place to stay. It has a convenient location, and the rooms are very clean. The hosts are welcoming and always ready to help. I highly recommend it.

This hotel was like a homestay; run by a very friendly family. The facilities were good and the atmosphere was welcoming.

A little bit long distance to the beach.

We enjoyed being able to make our own breakfast and eat on the quiet balcony. Basic but comfortable room. Lovely family live downstairs and are very helpful. Really good location. A short walk to the main crossroads in Benaulim. A bike ride or walk to the quiet and gorgeous beach 'Sernabatim'.

There is a guard dog in the evenings, requiring a phone call to control it before entering.

The Homestay was in an excellent location, approximately half a mile from the beaches. Restaurants, supermarkets and other shops were well within walking distance. The family (owners) were friendly, helpful and made me feel very welcome. They also transported me from and to the airport, so I did not have to make my own arrangements. If I had chosen they would have prepared my meals for me. A lovely home and a lovely family - I will return.
