The place was dirty. Dishes were dirty. Maintenance is not being done in the property. The tiles are so badly cracked that it is preventing the bathroom door to close. There were no 2 point plugs, which meant bedside lamps could not be used. The TV remote didn't work. The indoor pool advertised is not usable unless you meet special requirements, which is not advertised. I requested an early check the day I booked the accommodation and was only told a day before arrival that I couldn't. This meant that I could not cancel my accommodation to book somewhere where this was indeed possible. It should have been a notification sent the moment I made the request. We traveled from far (another country). By 14h00pm I was so exhausted that I started to fall asleep behind the wheel. There was no consideration for this. Just not a great accommodation experience.

It is so clean and so spacious, it is truly a bargain for for what you pay.

No idea how this units gets over 8 point out of 10. Never book again. unit owner or manager is not capable of giving correct info for unit. We played first another unit G04 but not locker code, than gives unit 315. spend 1 hour to find unit. Not responsible person. Unit is extremely stinky. ( every second you breath that bad smell ) Everywhere is dirty. I dont even believe they clean the unit at all.May be only towels and bedsheets. Unit itself has too many problems. At the bathrooms you can not even close the door because tiles are popped. only good place with nice view was balcony. Rest garbage. sorry.

Location was central and it was secure whilst inside the estate. Security in complex is great Management team were awesome Washing machine and tumble dryer was absolutely a life saver

The unit needs TLC , and a good clean (floors) The indoor training pool was closed during our entire stay, not the fault of the unit owner. Unit has basics in kitchen, but some need replacement (oven pans, pots) Water in kitchen doesn't get hot, so washing after cooking is difficult (had to boil water in kettle) Tiles in bathroom are loose , need to get Replaced ! Sliding door very difficult to open and close These are all minor issues that just need fixing and replacing , but for the cost of the unit - they should be done for future guests.

House is clean

Nice and clean house. Shops are near by.

Beautiful complex in a prime location walking distance from Canal walk. The walks in the complex and outside around the canals, especially following the Century City Art Trail is a must-see

The apartment was clean and well-equipped, but is due for a little maintenance.

Security of the complex

Being on high floors with kids, I would have preffered ground floors when with kids.
