Deluxe Central Grand Residence w/ 5 BEDRMS

The location is great, one second from a metro station, 15-20 minute walk to everywhere in the heart of Budapest. The place is spacious and has a lot of useful amenities. The communication with the host is beyond perfect.Lots of towels, ac in every room, high ceilings, black out curtains in the sleeping rooms,easy to get in without any problems.

The sinks in the bathrooms are very small and every little thing like washing your hands is a challenge. The bathrooms literally flood when you take a shower. It has two bathrooms and a small toilet and the toilet is for only number ones , since it’s very small.The place needs probably a very deep cleaning and coating or a small details repairs as there were some mold in places and generally looked aged in the details, mostly in the bathroom areas.

Good location. Lovely bakery downstairs. Comfy beds, everything you need for a group of 8-10 people. 3 toilets and huge table to sit at in communal area. Clean fresh smelling bed linen and towels. Good instructions to access apartment as it is quite tricky to find and get in!

Both showers leak water over the floors. Leaving the bathroom floors soaking wet and means bath mats are sodden. Dangerous too as floors tiled. Only two showers for 8 people. Dining room chairs a bit grubby and it was dusty in places including under the beds. 🛌

Everything was absolutely perfect! The staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to help, even late at night – from finding parking to explaining how to open the door at midnight. We are so grateful for their support! The location is fantastic – right next to the metro station, which makes it super easy to reach any part of the city in just a few minutes. There is a 24/7 grocery store only 150 meters away, and a huge shopping mall just across the street where you can find everything you need. There’s also a cozy café on the ground floor. The apartment itself is spacious, clean, and very comfortable. We were a group of 10 people, including 3 kids, and everyone had their own space to relax. The apartment has everything you might need and even more – it truly felt like home. We didn’t want to leave and will definitely come back again!

Very nice apartment, good location, good communication with the host.

The apartment is in a central part of Budapest. It is modern and offer a view of the Budapest way of life outside the main window. The accommodation is right next to the Metro Corvin Negyed or a 1000 metre walk from Kalvin Ter.( Square) The E100 airport bus drives on the road where the accommodation is and stops at Kalvin Ter metro. Aldi supermarket is very local . Approx under 10 min walk.

Location is probably the only thing that can be liked.

Very poorly equipped kitchen - one single knife to cut bread, no other knife around. Painting is already needed, the very small couch is dirty and quite disgusting. There is no central heating, only AC and a few electric heaters. Hot water on the other side is extremely hot, CAUTION, risk of serious burning injury. In addition, bathroom is having the tap mixed, blue color gives hell hot water while the red one gives the cold water, dangerous both for kids & adults. Some improvements are certainly needed.

Really quiet place, every rooms have own AC , full equipment kitchen, owner communication very fast, and easy check-in. For big group friend's or family I can just recommend . And just tip for owner,if make easy English guide how to use dishwasher, no everybody's have dishwasher.
