Stylish 3 Bedroom House - Central Location

It was located about 5-10 minutes walking distance from the Victoria Centre were a bunch of shops were located. Also about 5 minutes walking away from a small convenience store. The bathroom and toilet were fully functional and okay. There was a separate kitchen which had basically everything you could need. We didn’t cook full dinners at the apartment so didn’t make use of the cookware, so we didn’t experience the lack of pans other people described in their reviews. Liked the fact there was a tv in the living room, perfect for watching a movie at the end of the day after exploring the city. We also each had our own separate towels, and there was a separate hand towel for in the bathroom.

It wasn’t very clean, it was very dusty and we kept sneezing and had to keep the windows open a lot to get fresh air. At night and in the early morning a lot of noise comes from outside so you have to choose between a stuffy room or getting woken up by noises from people and vehicles outside. I also felt like the floors weren’t properly cleaned or vacuumed as I saw some things on the carpet. I also saw remnants of spider webs on the ceilings and higher on the walls. The chairs had stains on them, so did the couch, and the overthrow blanket over my bed as well. Didn’t feel like those were very clean.

The property was in good location, and close to city centre with ahops nearby to grab little bits. The lay out was very good.

There was a few issues, chairs was dirty, the living room sofa bed screws on wood couldn't screw in to do wood chipping in the screw hole. The stair rail was loose and kept coming away from the wall. There was only one frying pan amd sauce pan to cook with.

Not far from eacing venue. Parking opposite. Comfy beds. Clean.

Very limited pots, pans, utensils in kitchen. If 7 stayed there was not enough cutlery or serving dishes. The legs fell off a chair in our room

Location was amazing. Accommodation very spacious and nice. Great value for money. Definitely recommend.

The property was clean and close to the town.

The property is located in a run down area and both nights there was loud music playing until 3am meaning we couldn't sleep. We were a party of 7 and this property is not suitable for that many people. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable with no sheets. The front downstairs bed is a small double so tight for 2 people and only four towels available. There are only 3 dining chairs and not enough cutlery or cups, glasses etc.. Unfortunately we had a disappointing stay and would not recommend staying due to lack of sleep and facilities. I have also emailed the owners and they have not responded.
