Good place. Quiet. Dated but in good shape. No reason for update in my mind. Very clean.

Price was misleading. Listed at $150 dollars, but with taxes and fees more than doubled to $333.50. You don't find that out until the very end of the booking process of course. Leadville was booked and I needed a room so had to commit. Taxes I get. But then there's a 39 dollar service fee (what there's no profit in the rental?) and a $125 cleaning fee. Call me skeptical that the full $125 goes to the cleaning people... who did a nice job cleaning BTW.

Had all amenities that we needed li ke silverware, paper products, laundry soap, flash light, etc. The cabin was really clean and tidy.

No fee for early check in. Booked with booking.com.
