"NO elevator and NO air conditioner"

Be aware of NO elevator and NO air conditioner! Which means you have to climb up 135 steps, which is about 6-8 flights of steps, with your luggage (and your kids) to enter a hot apartment. It was also extremely hard to sleep at night due to the heat and no air. Otherwise the apartment is nice and spacious with a beautiful view from the balcony. The bottom line is that this apartment is great for fit people who travel outside of the summer season.

"Lovely apartment, lovely stay, lovely Monterosso!"

Everything was great, great view, well equipped and spacious.

Not a dislike but the apartment can get warm in the summer and be prepared to walk up 6 flights of stairs. We did read reviews before hand so were prepared for it so as long as you are aware then you will be happy.
