Too much noise from other apartments u cud here tv doors banging and people moving around, scaffolding around the lounge window and large skip within 20 feet of building

"We were moved to a different property last minute."

We were moved properties at the last minute so didn’t stay at this apartment. The house we stayed in was basic but clean. It provided us with the facilities we needed.

The property we were moved to was further from where we needed to be. It was a bit shabby outside with an overgrown brambly drive and fence panels blown down. When we arrived the heating wasn’t on and a bathroom window was open meaning it was only 11 degrees inside and we had to work out how to turn the heating on via a YouTube video. It was a shame there was no tea or coffee provided.

"Lovely stay!"

Lovely property, a little bit dated but perfect for my stay. Very cosy! Deborah was amazing! i booked it very last minute and she accommodated my booking straight away!

Just that it could do with a bit of a revamp! Otherwise it was lovely

"Disappointing, given the price charged."

Location, free off-road parking, free wifi, good sized rooms, good layout. Good communication from property manager.

Apartment building very tired so doesn't present a good first impression. Appartment itself was not very clean, despite a 50GBP cleaning fee being charged as part of the price. Oven was dirty, shower still had last guest empty toiletries on the (rusty) rack, and drain was disgusting and full of hair. Kitchen cupboard had broken lights and clock in it. No tea towel.
