It was close to downtown as we be in Charlotte that was the only thing that I enjoyed

The cleanest is a lot of dust carbs grapes getting up to the parking deck in and out

The apartment was clean, adequately furnished, and in a great location.

The hosts clearly read 1984 and were not fans of Winston. They put a monitoring device (i.e., Alexa) in a locked box so it could not be disabled. They had a camera on the balcony and prohibited smoking or even vaping even outside. The instructions were also extremely unclear, I had to park on the street, call to be let in the building, then get the parking passes and key fob and move my car. All in all it was a nice space but didn’t feel very friendly and was aggravating to check into and out of, with little explanation of these issues when we booked it. The communication was also extremely aggressive and they were sending me threatening sounding email within 12 hours of booking it saying that it might be cancelled if I didn’t complete the check in process. I also had to provide them with pictures not only of myself and my drivers license but of my guest as well. If felt a little over the top for an apartment rental.

Bed was stiff, not comfortable at all. Facilities and room were clean and secure. All in all, a bit overpriced, but im not dissapointed. Great spot to crash after a fun night uptown, didn't need or want for much just a place to lay my head.

Great place to stay. Very clean and well kept. Will definitely stay here again when visiting Charlotte.

Helpful during all hours. I had trouble getting in apartment and I called at 11:30 pm and they were nice and attentive.
