"Inviting, homely and welcoming from the off."

The property was very welcoming, homely and cosy. Very good size for 4 of us, had all the amenities available plus extra. Super easy to find and get to. Great location, close to train station. Definitely go back!

Double bed was a bit small for personal taste and a couple of small holes in the wall near the door.

Host very quick to respond to queries. Location excellent. Kitchen great. Well equipped. Apartment nicely presented and nicely finished. Radiators got the apartment warm despite cold weather.

Not really hot water- couldn’t get it warm enough for daughter’s bath. Spare room/single bed perhaps could do with refreshed linen, it was a little musty. No lift and was top floor… not hugely ideal for little ones. Disaster with smoke alarm and no spare battery- no one got any sleep after 4:30am. A lot of money for very little sleep!

Great central location near to shops, tube and major road links. Lovely bright and clean accommodation. Very well kept.

Could have benefited from more cutlery as not enough for 6 people. A couple more large saucepans to cook evening meal for 6. A full length mirror would have been handy. Also clarity around parking situation as there were posters everywhere outside stating we needed a permit which we didn’t have.

The apartment was located centrally in Rickmansworth close to every amenity you’d need. Supermarkets, pubs, restaurants and train connections all within easy reach. The accommodation was very tastefully decorated with everything you’d need for individual or group stay. The bedrooms, bathroom, lounge and kitchen area were all equipped to a very high standard and perfect for a long or brief stay. Inexpensive payable parking opposite the property, cross the road some 50 yards to access the stairs to the top floor apartment with balcony and views over the town and surrounding countryside. Host was very helpful and communicative and we’ll certainly be looking to book again.
