Appartamento molto carino e confortevole, con spazi interni sufficientemente ampi, pulito e comodo sia per soggiorni brevi che lunghi in quanto presenti sia una piccola cucina con stoviglie che una lavatrice. Presenti climatizzatori e TV. Proprietario molto disponibile e gentile

Il soggiorno presso Anna'house é stato a dir poco SPETTACOLARE. La casa è in un'ottima posizione per raggiungere l'aeroporto e a 15 minuti dal centro in auto, ed é equipaggiata in modo splendido! Materasso comodo, bagno con doccia super, la presa tripla se devi caricare il telefono ed al contempo accendere abat jour, stendino per gli asciugamani. Pulizia impeccabile ed una dispensa e frigo per la colazione super fornita e golosa! Ma il reale valore aggiunto è stato il sig. Sergio, proprietario per l'immobile: gentile, accogliente e discreto, ci ha fatte sentire a casa sua, fornito preziose indicazioni per i nostri itinerari e ci ha permesso di depositare il bagaglio per alcune ore dato un cambio di programma improvviso. Non è scontato. Se siete in auto, trovate parcheggio sotto casa comodo e gratuito. Speriamo di tornare il prima possibile!

L’appartement est très propre et très bien équipé, situé dans une zone résidentielle. Les placards et le frigo étaient remplis pour notre petit déjeuner . Le logement est bien situé à 10min en voiture du centre de Cagliari et il est facile de se garer devant la résidence ; un supermarché juste à côté permet facilement de faire ses courses .

Apartamento totalmente reformado, de buenas dimensiones. Los muebles todos nuevos. Cama extraordinariamente cómoda, sábanas nuevas. Menaje de cocina completísimo. Todo muy limpio. El baño impecable, un placer ducharse por la presión del agua y lo bien que salía. Aire acondicionado en el dormitorio principal y el el salón, que funcionaba muy bien. El propietario muy amable, nos explicó todo lo necesario, y más. Dejó mucha comida para desayuno y cena, todo perfectamente colocado, no lo que sobró a nadie.

Del apartamento me gustó todo, sólo me pareció el precio elevado, aunque entiendo que era para solo tres noches en agosto.
