great location, recently renovated property, great communication from my getaways

few bits missed on the cleaning (bogeys wiped on the wall) and need to screw the toilets into the floor properly!

Beautiful house, with a view of Brighton Pier. So close to the beach, literally cross the road and you're there! Very clean, well kitted out kitchen. We didn't cook dinner in the house but did large fry ups and had everything we needed. Nice social area in the kitchen/lounge. Every room has a bathroom which is amazing when there are a few of you! 2 free parking spaces too. The cars are parked one in front of the other. It said 'small' cars on the description so we were worried we wouldn't fit the VW transporter, but we did, and still had room to get out both sides! We were able to ditch the cars and enjoy the weekend car free as everything central is walking distance!

We absolutely loved this house, so completely knit picking here! There was no iron (so if you know you need to iron something, take one with you!) Make sure you put fit people on the very top floor, it's a lot of stairs. We didn't mind though! No table for a sit down meal together, but a nice coffee table, breakfast bar so we just did buffet style meals which were perfect! The beds were a little on the small side, but once again, no one minded!

excellent location and extremely clean. communication from staff was extremely good and helpful. The kitchen facilities were good, modern and to a high standard.

The mattresses on the beds are cheap and uncomfortable - there’s not a pocket spring in sight here! Likewise, the sofas are older and less comfortable than you’d expect - they need a refresh There’s only one hairdryer between 6 bedrooms!
