A wonderful apartment in Catania, spacious, clean, with a balcony. Friendly owner. The location is very convenient - 7 minutes to the bus station on Via Archimede, 206, (not Borcellino (!), from Borcellino to the appartment -- 17 minutes and not Stanzione (from Stanzione to the appartment -- about 10 minutes). From the bus station on Via Archimede buses leave for Taormina (highly recommended!), Naxos (good beaches), Messina. 20 meters from the entrance to the appartment - Alibus stop to / from the airport (ticket 4 euros, goes in a circle, so both arrival and departute to the airport is at the same point). Right under the entrance (in the entrance, practically) - a nice inexpensive little cafe The Hub, where locals have breakfast and snacks. From the house to the main street (via Etna) with the main attractions is very close: 11 minutes walk to the Roman Amphitheater. And in the same direction (while you are walking to the Amphitheater) in 3-5 minutes walk from the house you will find 3 large supermarkets: Lidl, Deco, Penny. So strategically the housing is very conveniently located. The balcony-terrace overlooks the back side on an ordinary working street, but on the side - there is a view of the church and a small square in front of it, and right on the corner is the restaurant A Casa D'Amici. We liked it very much! On Mondays in the first half of the day nearby (near the church Basilica Santuario del Carmine) and on the streets around) -- a large market of fish, seafood, vegetables, fruits, souvenirs and all sorts of things. The apartment is large, clean, new. Everything is there. Second floor, elevator. The owner is friendly, all our requests were fulfilled, including late check-out.

The only drawback is a small shower. But we are not very large, so we got used to it.
