Good location, comfortable room and very comfortable bed

Could be more clean. There was no extra toilet paper and had to ask for everything each time. The reception would call at 7 in the morning asking us if we wanted tea. This was very intrusive. No one wants to be disturbed so early in the morning. We had to ask them personally to stop calling us.

"Not worth the money spent"

The staff was welcoming but the amenities were not good.

We had booked a room with the jacuzzi and the same was not as per our expectations. The jacuzzi did not have hot water facility and especially in the winter we used the jacuzzi with cold water. We were told they do not provide hot water for the jacuzzi. And with respect to the breakfast, some of the dishes at the buffet were not sufficient wherein we paid the full amount for room tariff with breakfast.
