die lage ist super, das apartment bis auf die beschattung, siehe unten, gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber.

die aussenmarkise und die aussenrolläden funktionieren nicht, die vorhänge innen reichen bei weitem nicht aus um die wohnung in den nachmittagstunden in einer annehmbaren temperatur ohne vorhandene klimaanlage zu halten, es wird unerträglich HEISS! auf meinen hinweis hin wurde ich von der verwaltungsgesellschaft, die den vermieter durch kommunikation auf dem booking.com-kanal vertritt, vertröstet mit einer allgemeinen antwort "wir haben es an die entsprechende stelle weitergeleitet und kommen auf Sie zurück". während der aufenthaltswoche ist leider keiner auf mich zurückgekommen. schade.

Die Lage ist gut und die Aussicht sehr schön.

Wir haben 2,5 Std. gebraucht die Unterkunft zu finden. Sehr schlecht beschrieben. Der Vermieter war nicht erreichbar am Tag der Ankunft und auch nicht danach. Laut Buchung sollte TV Gerät und Mikrowelle vorhanden sein leider war es nicht der Fall. Eine Markise und Rollo waren vorhanden leider nicht funktionstüchtig sehr schade bei diesen Temperaturen.

Lovely apartment, very clean with good facilities. Lovely sea view from the bed and balcony. The local area was quieter than many places, which was a blessing for us. Nearby restaurants were very good with excellent choice of food.

Curtain opening difficult due to poor quality curtain rail. Could not locate the Veranda awning switch. Therefore, couldn't use it to shade the sun. Bin lid was broken. Only 2 poor quality pillows were supplied. Veranda deck chairs were narrow and uncomfortable. No table and chairs inside the apartment which was OK if the weather was warm and sunny but limiting if weather wasn't good.

Rarely you end up at an accommodation that looks great and is even better in real life. The place is absolutely stunning. Has all the promised facilities, everything is clean, fresh, works properly. The view from the balcony is amazing, you can watch the stars from the bed and fall asleep with the sound of ocean. Couple of times we got takeaway from nearby restaurants to have dinner on the balcony with the sunset cause we couldn’t find any better place with that kind of privacy and view. There’re many restaurants, supermarkets and a nice beach near by.

The apartment view is most then perfect.

No AC, they have a fan but yeah, you will understand when you will see it.
