Amazing beach front and nice location.

Le logement est magnifique. Il dispose d'une plage privée avec une très belle vue sur la baie d'Opunohu. Il y a des kayaks à disposition, ainsi que du matériel de snorkeling et un spot de snorkeling juste devant la maison. La maison est bien aménagée, la literie est confortable, la cuisine est fonctionnelle, il y a un lave linge et un sèche linge à disposition avec de la lessive. Elle dispose de deux chambres + une mezzanine donnant sur le salon dont nous ne nous sommes pas servi. L'accueil et la communication se sont très bien passés. Tout était très propre. La maison est très bien localisée sur Moorea.

La route principale de Moorea est juste derrière le logement. Autant on n'entend pas la route la nuit du fait de l'absence de circulation, autant on entend le passage des voitures / motos de 5h à 21h. Nous sommes à Moorea donc il y a des bruits de coq et de chiens. Prévoir des boules quies la nuit.

The villa was located right on the water with a covered deck looking out over the cove, a sandy beach area with lounge chairs and easy access into the water. The view was exceptional. It was spacious and comfortable. There was very good AC in the bedroom for cool sleeping and a large walk-in shower and bathroom. The kitchen was well appointed with a dishwasher, microwave, etc. There were kayaks and snorkeling gear available right on site. Alix, the on-site manager, was very helpful and met us to open the driveway electric gate and give us the keys and a tour of the villa. It exceeded our expectations.

It's close to the road so we could hear some traffic noise, but the traffic stopped before sundown and posed no problem for lounging on the deck or sleeping...a fence separated the villa from the road.

Everything was well thought of. Location was great and the house is very well equipped. It is exactly as on the photos.

The presence of dogs, albeit very tame, made it slightly less comfortable for us as we had young kids with us who are not familiar enough with dogs and picking up dog poop on the beach was not ideal but necessary given the small space and that kids were playing around. Had I known about the dogs I probably would not have booked.

Stunning location, comfortable, beautiful home, all the amenities. A perfect dream vacation. Kayaks and snorkeling equipment available and reefs outside your door. Or sit in the hammock and watch the sharks and sea turtles swim by. Main bedroom looks out to the bay. What a sight to awaken you! Fully stocked kitchen, car available for rental, truly no reason to shop around. Everything you can want from a paradise vacation is right here. Hoping to return someday. Our host met us at the location, showed us around and made sure everything was perfect. From the moment we booked, the communication was amazing. They made sure we had everything we needed, offered recommendations for things to do, places to eat and even helped arrange our ferry/taxi to the house. We can't wait to return!

this property is lovely. right on the water with an amazing reef in front to walk straight into. It is well equipped in the kitchen and we were very able to cook all meals. excellent showers etc good laundry. very tastefully decorated and very comfortable to be in. we loved being here. The concierge Alice was very helpful and flexible with check in and out times which we greatly appreciated

The second bedroom is up extremely steep stairs with an unsafe hand rail. this made access very difficult. it has no windows but air conditioning. it is nowhere near as nice as the main bedroom. a window would improve this. Be aware that the noise of traffic, fighting dogs and bloody roosters will disturb your sleep every night!!

Loved the location and the view from the back porch. Loved that the caretaker's dogs, which are very friendly, are trained to wait at the door for people to interact with them. Very comfortable patio furniture.

Could not take advantage of the cross breeze in the main living space because there are no screen doors on the sliding glass doors so all of the mosquitoes and nonos were a problem every day of our stay...not sure how the bugs are during other times of the year. The caretaker did provide repellant devices but they were not effective enough. Only A/C in the bedrooms. Would have preferred a unit in the main living space as well. It would have been a lovely gesture to have provided a lite breakfast...especially since we arrived early afternoon Sunday and the Moorea supermarkets and restuarants close very early on Sundays.
