Stanza grande, presenza di qualsiasi prodotto per il bagno e pigiama. Abbiamo avuto un piccolo inconveniente che il personale dell’hotel ha risolto prontamente, con professionalità e efficienza.

L’assenza della reception

The location is excellent- minutes from the Nidec Kyoto Tower, with a direct entrance to Porta underground shopping mall directly in front of the hotel entrance for rainy days. Porta (besides having excellent food and shopping) also connects to Kyoto Station and has a direct connection pass to Avanti (a mall with Donki, GU, Seriya, and Kyoto's Animate for those for those interested), leading to a great experience if you're not in Kyoto for shrine-hopping. We stayed at the family suite, and it was spacious and the amenities were great. Heated toilet! A huge bathroom with a nice big tub! The provided toiletries were also great quality. Each floor seems to only have two rooms, so it's a nice private experience. I loved staying here and would stay here again.

Checking in was a little awkward, but the staff is easy to contact via the intercom and are nice and helpful once there. Previous reviews have mentioned loud constructions- and while that's over and gone with, the walls still remain a little thin, so if you're a light sleeper you will probably be startled by ambulance noises or the sound of engines revving in the early AM. That's truly the only possible negative I could think of, I had a great stay.

Very squeaky bed made sleeping a bit uncomfortable whenever either of us moved.

I love the hotel proximity to the subway and major bus terminal. I love the view from my room. I love the speed is the internet. The price is affordable compared to other location.

The bathroom is a bit dark and it takes more time to get the water hot enough to shower. The bed is a bit too soft and the pillows are a bit soft as well. The other small item is the lack of a concierge or staff on the first floor. We are lucky and tech savvy enough to use the system. I worry for others who need help.

Very clean and comfortable. Surprisingly large room for Kyoto. We only stayed one night as we transited out of the city but it was very comfortable especially when jet lagged and all you want is a good place to sleep . Staff were friendly and check in was easy
