Convenient location, friendly staff (but low contact which I love), clean room, amazing job by household staff, great price, great online assistance for luggage forwarding, and all around excellent.

Hotel in super Bahnhofslage mit wenigen geräumigen, sauberen Zimmern. Es ist alles automatisiert (Check-In und -Out). Frühstück kann nicht gebucht werden, aber am Bahnhof gibt es genug Auswahl. Sehenswürdigkeiten gut erreichbar.

Wir hatten sogar einen Balkon, aber leider zum Hinterhof.

Room is big enough compared to most japanese rooms

Rooms overlooking the station had absolutely ZERO noise isolation !! Windows open or closed were literally the same , ZETO noise isolation with the window blonds are kinda see-through and does jot block out the light at all, so rven with my earplug on to block out the outside noise , the light would eventually get in the room and wake me up . This establishment clearly needs to reconsider the word "hotel" people would like to have a nice calm sleep , not to be woken up every couple of hours. Highly disappointed . The hot water takes way too long to come out the shower or even washroom. Room service do not vacuum the room, they just replace the garbage bag and tidy up the blankets

Camere spaziose, pulite, arredamento moderno e funzionale. Doccia ampia e bagno ben organizzato.

Non c’erano spazi comuni da condividere con altri ospiti.
