Swimming pool and bar not operational

We booked two suites and requested that the rooms be adjacent to one another, but the hotel was unable to satisfy this request and instead provided us a two-bedroom suite. However, no additional beds were given.

There was a water clog in the bathroom drainage system.

I stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. The check-in and checkout process was extremely smooth with no hasle. The staff were welcoming. The location is pretty good, with 2 walkable distances to malls and multiplexs. You can easily commute in affordable share autos. The nearest metro station is huda City Centre .

The worst part was the pathetic so-called Wifi and the so-called android tv. I struggled lot with the wifi connection. I was mostly depending on wifi because the mobile range in the room was bad.

It was situated right next to Airia Mall, which was excellent. The Deluxe Apartments were good and spacious. Breakfast was good and quite a lot of variety. It was value for money. The view from the room windows was awesome, overlooking the skyline of Gurgaon specially from the rooftop restaurant and pool.

There was no TV in the sitting area of the room. The sofa’s were overlooking just a painting. A TV should’ve been installed there as well. There was smell of cigarette smoke in the alleyway. In the restaurant, there was a spider hanging above one of the dining tables. There were a minor stains on the sofa’s.

Lovely suite. Comfortable and clean.

Very clean, spacious and well equipped rooms. The property itself is beautiful and has professional and sweet staff.
