The location was a complex/development mainly for locals which was well kept and very quiet in the main. House was immaculate. Owner had thought of most things. Loved outdoor space.. Aldi 4 mins away by foot. Easy walk to Playa Blanca Centre, Playa Dorada Beach and Rubicon Marina.

The apartment above populated by locals; we had two sleepless nights due to socialising in the apartment above and outside till 01:00hrs and 03:00hrs. Every chair that moved or toilet flush could be heard directly below where we were trying to sleep. A real shame because we loved the place. Directions should be - LZ-2 into the centre of play planca, at the second roundabout turn left onto the Av A.Femes, go along this road for approx 1000m and then turn right into the one way street Calle Janubio. The property is the third block down on the LHS. There is free off road parking outside. Go down a flight of steps or a parallel ramp straight ahead and follow the path turning left at the end of the block. The apartment can be found at the end.

Lovely little apartment in a quiet neighbourhood. It was a little too far for us to walk everday so we found it easiest to order a local taxi from outside the hotel opposite apartments into the town or marina...only around 3.50 euros

Hard to find at first....take the stairs to closest to the aldi end of the block of apartments

It had everything you needed. Very clean, nicely decorated. Safe and quiet area.

Shower didn’t stay hot long enough, but no other issues!

Location was excellent. Near enough to Marina Rubicon in one direction and the town centre in the other. Nice little patio garden with flowers was attractive and useful for outdoor dining. Kitchen well equipped with a nice big fridge, plus microwave, cooker and toaster. Comfortable bedrooms with lots of wardrobe space.

Arriving late at night on a delayed flight made it difficult to find the property. Better directions required. Even the taxi driver was confused. Also arriving when all the shops were shut to find there was no toilet paper was irritating. Luckily we brought some with us! More towels would have been useful, as well as hooks in the bathroom, and it appeared no one had cleaned under the beds for a few weeks. But all in all it's a nice apartment in a good location

Very well furnished/ equipped. Lovely pictures.Very big fridge/ freezer . Good shower. Washing machine very useful. Comfortable bed,bedding so so. Within 3 minutes of mini mart. Bigger Dino supermarket about 8/10 minutes away. Beach 10/ 15 minutes walk . Restaurants from 15 minutes to as far as you want to walk. Bus station 15 minutes walk. Walk to first Papagaya beach around an hour. . You can catch a bus part way to Papagaya from bus stop a few minutes from the apartment . This also takes you to the craft Market / yacht basin area . Lots of things to like. The yard is pretty with plenty of seating. The terrace at the back gets the afternoon sun . Quite private there. Good car park- though we didn't have a car. Grounds absolutely beautifully kept . Local beach very nice, lifeguard and plenty of bars/ restaurants along the lovely sea promenade in both directions. Would definitely recommend it.

A lot of small niggles that were a constant irritation rather than deal breakers. Only ONE toilet roll for a 9 night stay . No spare towels/ sheets so that you could wash the first ones. ONE peg on the clothes dryer. No easily working corkscrew. ONE plastic rubbish bag for the smallish bin. No can opener. Instructions for electric contact hob not easily found . No instructions for very complicated TV system. Apartment upstairs toilet right above our bed- not at all pleasant . Poor instructions to find the correct block/ Apartment. Eventually a neighbour showed us . It's very easy once you know but simple instructions would help especially in the dark when the apt number is on the building wall over a high wall. Lots of keys confusing.

location wise

No aircom major drawback, sewer/drain smells terrible, no extractor fan in kitchen, equipment in kitchen lacking, expected more cleaning liquids / equipment to clean, toilet roll one! said satalite available but not for Ireland/English speakers
